Start your floral journey by filling out our fun and easy questionnaire. This form is your custom wedding flower blueprint—your vibe, your color palette, your crew—we take it from there!

Once your form is in, book a 30-minute consult in our Inspo Suite. You’ll meet with a Stem Stylist, review your floral plan, and see blooms IRL to feel confident and excited.

We’ll build a personalized quote that includes flowers, supplies, DIY kits, table rental, and cooler storage. Be sure to double check your order. A 50% deposit locks in your date, and changes can be made up to 4 weeks before your wedding.

About a month out, you’ll get a prep guide with videos, how-tos, and a checklist. It’s everything you need to get ready for your big DIY moment. (Don’t forget your buckets and vases!)

Come in two days before your wedding for your 3-hour design session. Your table will be ready with your flowers, kits, and tools. If you added Designer Help, she’s all yours for 1 hour of floral fabulousness.

We’ll store your florals in our cooler until pickup day. Everything will be chilled, labeled, and ready to roll. Tag us when you post—we love to see your flower magic in action!
